who we are

Greetings, Welcome To "Minfulness 4 Success".


Our mentor Ishan Shivanand has guided us in learning YOI protocols including mindfulness mediations and breathing exercises which have helped us in our daily lives and we have worked on creating this app to help benefit our fellow colleagues.


Our program, "Minfulness 4 Success" will include a pilot session for 3 weeks. We will have guided sessions for about 30 minutes.
