  • Hypothyroid(low thyroid levels) cause fatigue, tiredness, weight gain, and difficulty concentrating

  • Hyperthyroid(Overreactive thyroid) causes increased anxiety, racing heartbeat, insomnia, and excess weight loss

  • Stress-> causes inbalance of hormone production from thyroid and its master gland(pituary)
